Our operators are glad to advice you and help you handle your requirements related to electricity take-off. We speak Slovak, Hungarian, and English.

We will provide you information on the following issues:

  • electricity tariffs and prices;
  • bills, invoices, and dunning letters;
  • prices of services rendered by VSE;
  • procedures and documents necessary for handling requirements;
  • times of validity of the low and high tariff;
  • business terms and conditions;
  • establishment of a new point of delivery;
  • reconnection after disconnection or disassembly of an electric meter, as the case may be.

We will handle your requirements concerning the following issues

  • changes of
    • address for sending invoices;
    • amount and number of advance payments;
    • tariffs and way of payment;
    • customer (sale or transfer of a flat);
  • copy of an invoice, postal orders, and information materials;
  • reporting of the status and failures of electric meters;
  • official testing of an electric meter;
  • termination of a take-off;
  • agreement on payment;
  • complaints.

Your phone calls from the fixed network are charged according to the price of a local call within the whole area of the Slovak Republic.
