  • conclusion of a new Contract on Electricity Supply;
  • termination of the contractual relationship;
  • change of contractual data;
  • modification of the amount and number of advance payments;
  • inspection of a complaint;
  • requirements on statements regarding the connection of a new take-off;
  • conclusion of an agreement on the payment of debt in form of instalments;
  • change of the customer;
  • requirement upon the increase/decrease of the maximum reserved connection capacity;
  • relocation of the meter to a publicly accessible place;
  • re-connection of the point of delivery after disconnection;
  • re-assembly of the meter after disassembly;
  • change of the tariff;
  • formal and official change of name;
  • change of the way of payment;
  • change of the corresponding address;
  • change of the validity of the contract from definite to indefinite time period;
  • official testing of the specified meter;
  • borrowing of a digital meter of electricity consumption.

We will offer you information and advice you on the following issues:

  • by the selection of the appropriate tariff;
  • by filling in the necessary forms;
  • how to use electricity efficiently;
  • by the termination of the take-off;
  • by the determination of the breakdown of advance payments;
  • in the area of accounts, dunning letters, and billing of electricity;
  • in the area of time zones of high and low tariff;
  • on the necessary documents for the handling of the requirement for new take-off, change of the maximum reserved connection capacity;
