Professional experience: He worked in Tatraľan š.p. in the investment and energetics departments, later as a senior office specialist in the Office of Financial Police of the Department of the Interior. Subsequently, he worked as a manager at RENOVA Spišská Belá. In 1998 he founded and led the company renova RN s.r.o. Between 2006 and 2007 he was project manager of the industrial park expansion Poprad – Matejovce in the company Investičný útvar s.r.o. Between 2009 and 2010 he was director in the company PVE, s.r.o., which operates a small hydropower plant.

Diana Custodis – member of the Board of Directors

Education: Technical University of Aachen, University Degree in Business Administration

Professional experience: Mrs. Custodis started her professional career in the E.ON Group with different activities in the financing and treasury area, including financial risk management and project finance. In 2000 she moved to the RWE Group where she was responsible for financing and treasury issues in a number of internationally recognized projects. In 2006 she became Head of Corporate and Structured Finance of RWE AG and in this function was in charge of the internal and external refinancing of group companies, liquidity planning and financial risk evaluation in M&A transactions as well as of all project and structured financing activities of the RWE Group, raising funds of several billion.

Professional experience: He worked at the company Konex Elektro as a business representative and department head. From 1997 he worked for the company ABB Elektro, s.r.o. Bratislava; first as a software engineer, later as a project manager, department head, business director and from 2003 as the Head of the division Energy Facilities. At VSE he is responsible for the field of grid services.

Ing. Ángel Díaz – member of the Board of Directors

Education: Faculty of Economics and Management at the University of Valladolid (Spain), Department of Business Management

Professional experience: Since 1996 he worked as regional human resources manager of the IT company Energoinfo a.s. belonging to the energy group Unión Fenosa. Between the years 2001 and 2007 he worked for Sitno Holding a.s., where he managed the holding projects in engineering and energy. During the following three years he was the managing director and CEO of Pramac Slovakia s.r.o.
