In order to accommodate the specific requirements and improve the quality of the rendered services, we divide our customers into four groups:
Households
Customers whose households we supply with electricity.
Companies and Organizations
Group of business customers with consumption below 0.7 GWh.
Accounts
Businesses with a consumption from 0.7 to 5 GWh with individual care through energy managers.
Key Accounts
Companies and organizations with consumption over 5 GWh with individual care through key account managers (KAM).
