How does charging station work?
On the VSE charging station you can charge your e-car very easily, fast and safe. Global building of public infrastructure in Slovakia has already started. In big cities the infrastructure will be growing step by step. VSE relies during the construction on co-operation with city companies and authorities that are situated next to you. In the future you can charge your e-cars comfortably not only at home, but also at workplace, public parking lot or for example in shopping centre.
“Plug & Charge” – Comfortable charging
Charging is very simple. Through charging cable you connect the car with charging station. Some types of vehicles enable charging without any action from the customer's side. You can interrupt charging any time and continue driving- with no negative impact on the battery.
Automatic authorization through cabel*
If the connection is established, the car logs in automatically. Smart steering of charging station identifies the customer and releases the charging point. Metering of consumption starts automatically.
Simple and accurate billing
If the charging is finished, information on consumption will be sent to VSE billing centre and will be assigned to your customer account. A bill for consumed electricity will be sent per post.
With electricity on roads across Europe
Currently there is a process of international standardization of connectors for charging. Standardizes sockets, unified data communication and harmonized billing reports will enable charging of each car on each charging station. Based on the agreement on so called roaming it will be possible to charge your e-car at various service providers.
